tw!! abuse mentionsbackstory . . . leo blix, formerly known as leonardo wren, was born and raised by his mother and father in sydney, australia. he had grown up somewhat of a natural loner and had a rocky relationship with his parents who had a pattern of neglection and cruelty with their words. the household struggled a lot financially and the blame was often put on young leo.around age 12, leo and his family moved to seoul, south korea to be closer to other family. being in a new country with a new language and new school, leo found himself feeling lonely. that on top of his relationship with his mother and father caused a lot of behavioral issues, especially in school. he provoked people often and got in a few fights (which he usually lost). it was around this time that he met xion jinx wisteria, a classmate of his that he grew to admire from afar. eventually the pair did get to befriend each other and started to spend time with one another as friends.as time passed, leo's home situation got worse and worse. the guilt over his family's financial status and constant being ignored was eating him alive. seeing no other option, he packed his things and ran away on his 14th birthday. since the choice was impulsive and he had no real plan, he ended up at xion's doorstep. xion took him in and let him stay with them until he could get back on his feet.since growing into adulthood, he legally changed his name, shortening leonardo to leo and switched his last name entirely to blix. with a passion for driving, he turned it into a career and works as a successful racer alongside modeling and surfing on the side.
